    Description

    This charming vintage chalk bride and groom wedding cake topper was made in 1947 by Coast Novelty Mfg. Co. in Venice, California. The bride and groom, both dark-haired, stand atop a three-tier wedding cake of their own. There is very little wear to their paint; the bride is missing her original net veil but you can see the little notch for it. She's holding a bouquet of pink roses, the very picture of a post-war bride.
    The topper is 5 1/2" tall and about 3 1/8" across at the base.
