This Ebay item is equipment by Canberra Industries Inc of Meriden CT. It is a Canberra 2541 Series / Model # 2541I. This is used but in good condition. It came in marked working & it powers up fine. The membrain keyboard  & display work fine.  Sorry we have noway to fully test it. If someone know a test procedure with the keypad, please let us know & we will try it for them. :-( Local buyers are welcome to inspect this in our warehouse before purchasing.  As a whole this is in good clean condition, all connection are fine & has 4 rubber feet. :-)
