This has been on display for a short time and is consistent with a Brand New Display Model and might have some minor cosmetic imperfection. The price is discounted due to the small blemishes described previously. We have closed our physical walk-in showroom and moved all inventory to our eBay Storefront. As a result, we no longer have the original box, but it will be shipped in a standard cardboard box with the drawstring sock mentioned above. Thank You!
Giro Combyn Snow Sports Helmet
The Giro Combyn Helmet represents a new revolution of safety and comfort for skiers and snowboarders. Its Softshell construction utilizes Vinyl Nitrile—a flexible yet impact-absorbing material—to provide form-fitting comfort that meets the standards of CE EN1077, the safety certification for most snow helmets. Two layers of VN foam give the liner plenty of cush that manages high- and low-energy impacts in a wide range of temperatures.
Giro gave the Combyn Helmet three differently sized fit kits to ensure a proper fit around your noggin. Super Cool vents pull cold air in and release warm air for even more comfort, and Giro audio compatibility lets you install Giro audio systems (sold separately). The Combyn also features a removable goggle retainer for your convenience.

SHIPPING POLICY
We ship most orders from our warehouse in Southern California Monday-Friday and tracking information will be emailed to you. If you do not receive a tracking number, please check your junk/spam folder prior to contacting us. All orders paid using PayPal will only be shipped to confirmed addresses as required by Paypal’s Protection Policies.
In cases where multiple items are ordered, we may ship from multiple locations to save transit time in getting your order to you. Therefore, it may not be possible to bundle orders for combined shipping, unless you notify us that you agree to extend shipping times.
Will Call Pickup:
We cannot accept PayPal as a form of payment for physical Will Call Pickups since Paypal requires tracking numbers to qualify for Paypal’s Protection Policy.
P.O Boxes / Military APO and FPO/ Hawaii and Alaska / US Territories:
We ship to these addresses using United States Postal Service (USPS) unless you request another method (which may increase the shipping cost).
Signature Required:
All orders over 9.99 USD will be shipped signature required, as per PayPal’s Protection Policies. Any packages shipped to multi-unit structures such as businesses, apartments, duplexes, etc. will also require a signature.
Lost or Damaged Items:
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged, please proceed according to the following protocol: If the parcel appears to be lost based on the tracking information from the carrier or if it has been more than 15 business days since we shipped the package, please contact us to begin a trace on the shipment. NOTE: USPS Loss claims can take 21-60 days for USPS to complete their end of the trace investigation. We cannot begin an insurance claim until USPS deems the package lost.
If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, (Note: Only open the package in the presence of the carrier). Otherwise, do not attempt to open it, leave the package in as-received condition and contact the carrier within 1 business day to report the damaged package. After contacting the carrier, contact us immediately to begin an insurance claim. Please include your full name, address, phone number, and eBay item number with your notification.
Failure to report loss or damage in a timely manner may result in denial of the claim. You have up to 5 days after receipt of goods to notify us if the item is damaged and/or incorrect.
Once an insurance claim is approved, we will replace the item in question or issue a refund for the value of the claim if the items cannot be replaced.
International Shipping Policy:
All International Shipments are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail International (except Mexico which is by Fedex International). The purchase price of the items will be stated on the customs form according to federal law. This also assures accurate valuation for insurance claims in case the item is lost or damaged.
All International shipments are sent from our California warehouse only and may require additional days to consolidate to this location.
You may be subject to import duties and taxes and we cannot be held liable for any charges and/or any delays caused by customs within your country. We have no control over this and you would need to contact your local customs to find what, if any, charges/delays there may be. When ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

We do not allow returns and exchanges on item(s) unless stated otherwise in the respective listing. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to returning any merchandise.
