SHIPPING DETAILS:
All items will be securely packaged or palletized/crated and shipped via the best and most economical way possible.
All tracking information is forwarded to the email address associated with your PayPal or eBay account.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
A contact name and phone number, along with company name are required for shipping purposes.
Items sold for 0 or more will be sent via UPS or FedEx with signature required for delivery.
UPS and FedEx do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
In the event the bidder/buyer would like to handle the shipping arrangements, please provide us with your UPS or FedEx shipping information and account number. Item will be insured at declared value.

We use heat treated wood for pallets and crates on all International orders shipped via Freight.

Items over 75 lbs. (34 kg) will ship via FREIGHT.
You will be notified of shipping fees/charges within 5 days after listing ends as we require shipping dimensions before an invoice can be sent.

Pallet or crating fees will apply when required.
If your item is to ship via FREIGHT, please let us know if you require a lift-gate as additional fees apply.
If you want to arrange your own transportation, we will provide you with accurate dimensions and weight of the pallet(s) or crate(s). However, we do require that the buyer/bidder provide a BILL OF LADING and Shipping labels to us via email before we can release your item(s).
RETURN POLICY:
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If item is listed as used and described as operational and you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of your receipt of the item and we will refund 100% of your purchase price. To expedite the process, please include all eBay item numbers. All returns must include all original undamaged items, in re-saleable condition with all original packaging. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return item shipping costs.
Items listed as “For Parts or Not Working” are ineligible for return and refund and are not covered under any warranty, expressed or implied.
