DIFFERENT THEN MOST CHEAP KNOCKOFFS?
Not all kitchens are the same - Most models you see that are sold online are made out of plastic, stucco or even wood. All of our units are made out of concrete stone. This means NO CRACKING and no issues with the structure. With most stucco and stone they begin to crack after 1 year and stone starts falling off after 1 year. None of our customer kitchens are made out of anything but good old custom concrete. We use 3M granite counter tops as well on all models and not standard wood or stamped mdf. All of our kitchens are custom made and of the highest quality. These units have been installed at builder models nationwide and at a fraction of the cost . Normal custom kitchens build on site cost ,000 + .With our manufacturing Tru system all our kitchens can be manufactured at a fraction of the cost. Made right here in the USA
Our Background ... Who We Are
Premier Outdoor was established in 2000 in Jacksonville Florida ( Yes we are right here in the good USA) when we saw a major need for a quality outdoor kitchen after trying to to get local companies to build them for our clients and dealer network. Our outdoor store continued to purchase cheap knockoff outdoor kitchens and overpaid builders for units that both broke the bank AND only lasted 1 maybe 2 years.  That's why all our products have a lifetime warranty ( see warranty info below).  These outdoor kitchens were costing a from ,000 - ,000 for inferior products. For 9-10 years we always found our customer investments going in the trash and our dealer network was having the same issue. There was not a quality product on the market that did not put you into bankruptcy, so Premier Outdoor set out to do what they do best... Manufacture and solve the problem.  The own of Premier Outdoor started this company because of a need. He too went to get a new outdoor kitchen installed when he bought his new house. For a 10 foot kitchen it was going to cost ,000. Made from stucco and with 1 year warranty. He knew with the right manufacturing we could cut this price in half and offer better quality products. Our customers live the life, they are rough on their kitchens. We wanted a kitchen that was super high quality but was easy to build so no builders were needed. After two years of product testing and R and D, Premier Outdoor released the first kitchen in 2002 to commercial customers only.  From 2002 to 2016 the demand passed our expectations and we began to sell out of every order, sometimes taking pre orders as much as a year in advance. This was amazing but we were unable to produce fast enough in order to sell to the general public and this was not our loan term goal as a business. Our builders have been installing our kitchens for many years because most of the time their cost is as much as 2X more. We went back to the drawing board and figured out how to add another production run to our manufacturing and still offer the highest quality product on the market. In 2018 we finally were successfully able to catch up on all commercial orders and bring our Premier Lineup to both the residential user and commercial side. There are NEVER corners cut with our quality. From the white glove service our factory displays to the custom shipping crate your box will arrive in we NEVER settle for just ok. This is why if it has the Premier name on it you know its built to last.

Quick and Reliable Shipping Once you place you're order we will get right to work. We manufacture each one to customer specifications of color so please allow at least 4 weeks for shipping.   Now, we have the most unique shipping containers in the business. When you purchase from Premier we want to make sure your investment arrives to you in tip top shape. Every unit comes in a custom shipping crate. With our 3 layer protection each piece in insulated with packing foam, the layered by honeycomb protection and finished with a custom MDF crate signed sealed and delivered on a pallet strapped.  With 15 years of shipping mistakes we have invested HEAVILY into our shipping crates to make sure you the end consumer NEVER has a issue. We are proud to announce this has cut our shipping damage, claims and part request down by 98% and our Tru Premier Crate is something that will protect your investment.  Please note you may scheduled to pick your unit up in Jacksonville Florida and not ship it. There is still a packaging fee as all our units are custom crated so please contact us prior to purchasing to get a final price.
Bulk Orders - Please contact us...
We do ship worldwide and can obtain a custom shipping quote and package deal for all bulk orders. Bulk orders must be purchased in 20 or 40 foot containers only.  Please email us for more information.
Residence Shipping
- If you are looking to ship to a house there is an additional fee of 0. This is because a special, smaller truck MUST deliver your storage system and have a lift-gate in order to unload. All Farms AND residential delivery addresses must have this added fee.
Commercial Shipping -
Shipping is included to a business address or Freight terminal . This is included in the price
Pickup in Jacksonville Florida
-  We welcome pickups at our store but you must make an appt. Pickup orders only can purchase in stock units that we sell at our shows. Custom orders cannot be picked up at our main store.
Assembly and Setup All of our products come to you in a custom shipping crate. You will need a hammer or pry bar to open the crate and unpack your custom toolbox. All of our systems come 80% assembled to prevent any shipping damage. Assembly on all our kitchens is about 1 hour. These are easy to set up and directions and info will be included with each shipping crate. Normal tools needed. 1 hour setup
Warranty Center We offer a nationwide longest LIFETIME WARRANTY on the structure and 5 year warranty on the color. All equipment from Blaze has a LIFETIME warranty on all stainless steel and 1 year warranty on the electronics.  All our products are outdoor rated stainless steel so you can rest assured all our products are top of the line

Everything You Should Know About Buying a Kitchen Online
PLACING YOUR ORDER
Once you place you're order within 24 hours we will contact you to confirm color and shipping method. Please note about information about important shipping information. Once shipping confirmation is completed with you we then will custom crate all pieces to make sure you're investment arrives in pristine condition. Lead time from when the order is place to it leaving our Jacksonville Florida warehouse is about 4-7 business days depending on the season. You're toolbox will not ship until we confirm color and shipping information. Please make sure you're contract information on the payment and Invoice is correct so we can contact you. PREPARING FOR YOUR DELIVERY
If shipping to a business please have a forklift ready to unload. If shipping to a house the driver will have a lift gate and assist with taking unit off truck. You will need common tools like hammer, gloves and a metric socket set to assemble this toolbox.  The shipping company will call 24 hours prior to delivery so please be available to contact shipping company to make sure your delivery goes without a hitch. Once the unit leaves our warehouse a email will arrive with the tracking information as well as tip and assembly information. Please check you're spam folder if you do not see an email with tracking. You will be able to track your shipment with the freight company 24 hours a day.
