Victorian Antique Style Handcrafted GIRL Doll Bisque Signed by Artist 1989

Description

Offered for sale very charming, beautiful young girl doll. It is handcrafted Victorian style doll figurine dressed in a light pink dress decorated with lace and big bow. I believe that dress is made of painted corn husk or some other special paper. The head and hands are bisque, face is hand painted. She has curly light hear, green eyes , pink cheeks and lips. Very soft, pale,  character/face.The legs/shoes are solid, made of painted bisque. She is wearing black flat shoes. Doll is 6" tall. It is from 1989. On the back leg doll is signed by artist. I am not able to read artist's name, it looks like M. Fogelyn or something similar. Please see all my pictures, try to research and identify the artist. Any suggestion or help regarding artist identification is greatly welcome. Doll is in very good condition, minor, minimal wear. This doll came from the estate of an excessive folk art collector. I listed couple more dolls purchased from the same estate: Santa doll, boy in a sailor dress, one more Victorian girl doll and Christopher boy doll, plus some smaller , miniature dolls/toys.... all dolls are signed and made by the same artist.
